Effective October 17, 2026. M Card Games provides a game directory, short rules introductions and access to browser games for personal entertainment.

Game ownership

Third-party games, names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their terms apply when you use their games. We preserve the provider’s game and advertising. We do not sell copies of those games or claim affiliation with their publishers.

Availability and progress

We aim to keep links and descriptions accurate, but a provider can change or remove a game. Game behavior, advertising and saved progress depend on the provider and your browser. Saved-game buttons only bookmark a title; they are not a backup of your progress.

Fair use of the site

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass provider controls or interfere with other visitors. Rules summaries are an introduction, and local or digital editions can differ. No gambling, cash prizes or wagering services are offered by this site.

Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the site. The effective date will change with a substantive revision. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
